Titan Gutter and Shooter offers gutter installation, cleaning, restoration, storm shutter installation, fascia replacement, underground drainage systems, roof leak repair, and related services throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Service details, timelines, and pricing are discussed and confirmed prior to scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions or outside our service coverage area.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates provided are free unless stated otherwise.

• Pricing is based on project scope, materials, and labor.

• Final costs may vary if additional work is required (e.g., unforeseen damage found during service). We will notify you before proceeding with additional work.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Appointment dates/times are subject to availability.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be communicated before service begins.

• We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Invoices must be paid in full upon project completion unless prior arrangements are made.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We stand behind the quality of our work.

• Specific warranty terms for materials or labor will be provided in writing at the time of service.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after installation.

6. Liability

Titan Gutter and Shooter is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your property discovered during service.

• Water damage resulting from delayed service requests.

• Issues arising from misuse, neglect, or lack of proper maintenance after our work is completed.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee for lost time and resources.

8. Intellectual Property
